Kindly be informed that, with effect from 1st February, 2021, all refund applications MUST be submitted online through PIL Nigeria Ltd website.

This implies that with effect from the above date, we shall discontinue the receiving of refund applications (hardcopies) through the customer service unit.

Below are the steps required to request for your refunds online:

Login to our local website www.pilnigeria.com

(1) Click on e-Commerce
(2) Drop down to “Refund Request”
(3) Select Office (Lagos or Onne) Refund request is to be submitted
(4) Fill Consignee B/L Details (Personal Data)
(5) Fill Consignee or Agency Bank details and other information required on the sheet
(6) Upload Consignee’s Authorization Letter for Agency Refund Request only
(7) Agree to terms and conditions
(8) Submit.
