Dear Valued Customers,
Effective from today 24th May 2018, customers are expected to approach PIL Onne office before proceeding to return any MAJOR damaged container to the terminal. You are expected to instruct your truck drivers returning such containers to contact our Traffic department (Ikechukwu Gbaruko or Promise Ya-Ngeda) for clearance.
For containers with minor damage, WACT will receive it and report to PIL to evaluate the cost of repair and recover the cost accordingly.
Above conditions are applicable to containers return irrespective of the time and day of the week.
