Please be informed that the Consignee Authority Letter is now a mandatory document required for cargo release.
The letter must be issued on the consignee’s official letterhead and should clearly state the shipment details, as well as the name of the agency authorized to take delivery on the consignee’s behalf.
Please note that any release request submitted without a valid Consignee Authority Letter will be rejected.
