Please note that effective immediately, all refund applications must include a valid Equipment Interchange Receipt (EIR) from both the point of delivery and the point of empty return for all containers.

To ensure a smooth refund process, applicants must attach the required EIR documentation when submitting their refund requests. Incomplete applications may result in processing delays.

This requirement is now posted on our noticeboards and official communication channels.
